Best Western Plus Northwind Inn & Suites

The hotel makes a strong impression from the moment you arrive. The reception team are warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive, which makes the check in feel easy and reassuring. The room is immaculate and exceptionally quiet, breakfast is simple but thoughtfully prepared, and the peaceful setting makes deep, restorative sleep come naturally. What stays with you most, though, is the value. The level of comfort and care feels well above what the price would suggest, making this somewhere I would recommend without hesitation and gladly return to.

Great place to stay! Close to just about everything and way more secure than downtown Portland! King room with Jacuzzi tub pretty darn nice. My favorite store “H Mart” right down the street. I love to cook and fell in love with is store! Wish I could read Asian!! So many things look so good, but not sure what they are?? If you’re a cook like me and like fresh vegetables, you truly don’t need anything more! Biggest selection around at fantastic $$. I’m off track!! Sorry. End of my soap box, great hotel, hot typical breakfast. Biscuits and gray, sausage, bacon, etc. Just try to get a top floor! Our room with the Jacuzzi was on the first floor for obvious reasons. Family directly above had a very energetic, rambunctious boy the next morning at 6:30. Ceilings too high to pound on 😡😡. I can’t

It was our first time staying at this Best Western. I travel with 3 kids so this one is a good one to stay in. Its got the pool, hot tub and Gym. We mostly travel for sports so those those 3 are key for us. We will stay here again for our next trip down.

Stayed on 12/13 and my husband was bitten by bed bugs! Went to urgent care to confirm. The only place we stayed except for home was at BW Northwind Inn. I emailed photos and urgent care receipt to GM and have heard NOTHING BACK. Not even an apology. We incurred stress, anxiety, excessive cleaning at home and a medical bill due to this one night stay. Will NEVER stay here again. It's unfortunate as we are Diamond Select BW me.bers and stay frequently at BW ad have never gotten bit by bed bugs. Disgusting and the lack of concern by the hotel management is even more disgusting.
