Comfort Inn & Suites Macon North I-75

I was EXTREMELY tired getting to the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in. It was so clean and Nicole, at the front desk, was so lovely. She was energetic and kind and had it smelling SO good. Everything was ready for me when I got into my room and it was just what I needed to relax with my family. I didn't have to call down for anything except a wake-up call. I have stayed at other hotels in the exact same area but honestly, this Comfort Inn was the best all-around.

After a very long day of traveling, the front desk employee (Tracy) found us a good room and was so pleasant! Management needs to give her kudos!!! So professional and polite. ||Beds were comfy and breakfast was decent.||The hotel is a little dated, bathrooms could use some TLC, but with the easy access off of I-75 and the price…you can’t go wrong.

Well checking in was amazing and easy staff was very friendly and welcoming. However the room on the surface looked clean but there was stains on the wall all over. Lamp shades were stained and we saw a roach in the room. Beds were soft but pillows were pretty much flat and we didn't get any sleep. Breakfast was the bare minimum and being someone who doesn't eat pork there was very few choices. Eggs were watery, waffle mix tasted off and the yogurt was only a few flavors. So, now my family will not be staying at this location again. Hotel maintenance was bad but staff were amazing only good thing about the stay.

Hotel is nice with very friendly people. Nicole from the front desk is the best. In 11 years of travel I have never met someone so committed to make sure your stay is nice and pleasant. She was able to locate some of our missing equipment that was lost also. She is definitely why I give this hotel a 5 star review

Everyone that worked there was nice, except one kid. The place is absolutely not the cleanest, It just seems old, mybe musty. BUT...on this trip this was the 3rd and last hotel we stayed in. I dont know what kind of coffee they serve but it was delicious!!! Better than every coffee I drank on that trip. They put out a great breakfast, just one complaint which I didn't voice but should have, their orange juice was almost brown. It might have gotten mixed with the cranberry line but looked terrible. Just the coffee was worth the stay for me though.
