Comfort Inn & Suites Lubbock West

We stayed here during the freeze to avoid being without water for ourselves and 4 kids. Stay was very nice! Breakfast was good. Front desk was nice. Room was clean. We tidied our room the entire stay we were there except for one day. Cleaning crew outdid theirselves. We came back to a clean and stocked room with a little surprise! My boys loved the fact that they put the baby down for a nap! It’s the little things! Absolutely made our stay! Pool was nice and clean as well!

Staff went above and beyond to help me straighten out a booking error that I had made. Night guy worked to straighten out the issue to the full extent of his position. Put me in a room right away and set me up with management in the morning to follow up on issue. Manager already had issues resolved next morning when I came down. I was even extended a generous discount for extending a day. The service was next level in sorting out an error I had made and making sure I had a room. Rooms were clean, quiet and maintained. If fact every encounter I had with staff from the breakfast attendant, housekeeping, desk personnel, and manager on duty was pleasant. As long as vacancy is available it will be the only place I book to stay at in Lubbock

Rooms are a bit dated, beds were very comfortable and pool/spa was nice. Damean I believe at the front desk was above and beyond helpful, professional and friendly. The morning breakfast was average but cant beat a free meal 😋 for the price, location of this hotel is a good deal.

Good desk staff. Nice room. Good breakfast. Everything worked (except for your app-- I could not get my Member's online rate because ya'll were doing computer systems upgrade work at this time)
