Comfort Inn & Suites Lancaster Antelope Valley

Had a wonderful stay here. Came to town for a quick family trip and the stay here was great .. Friendly , helpful staff and great breakfast in the morning.. The only down side i had was the deposit hold.. I wasn't aware of it so it came at a shock as I pad for the room online in full , only to get there and have to put more money down that I wasn't told about. It was in the receipt I had , but in the " fine print" . You may want to out that on the front in bold letters... But other than that great stay. Would come back again.

The desk personnel , in particular when I checked in, were cold and did not acknowledge that I was a gold member. I had to ask for my snack. She did not make eye contact with me when checking in at all. I do not know how you greet customers without making eye contact the entire time. I even said there were hotels on every corner, and I chose your hotel. No response. When I said that I travel it and other desks acknowledge that I am a regular customer and offer snacks, she said every hotel is different. No apologies.

This is very nice comfort Inn that has recently been redone. Rooms are spotlessly, clean, and well appointed a great place for a great price. Breakfast, provided for free, was just OK. It would’ve been better if there was some fresh fruit available.

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. They sold our room to someone else and told us they were booked even though we had prepaid for the room. The front desk lady was awful. I feel sorry for anyone who has to talk to her. Don't stay here.

The locks on the doors do not work. Every time I left my room I had to get another key made. The breakfast food was absolutely disgusting the eggs were watered down so bad it was inedible the the sausage was gray and disgusting. every time I walked from the bedroom area into the bathroom area. I was stepping on staples, right there where the transition from the carpet to the tile, I will never stay at another comfort Inn.. And I will never recommend it to anybody.
