Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg-Hershey North

This was my second visit in the last 6 months, and I was amazed by the positive changes at Comfort Inn & Suites. I learned that the property is now under new management, and it truly shows. The team is clearly putting in a lot of effort, handling guests with genuine care and professionalism. The staff goes above and beyond to meet every need. Wishing the new management and team continued success—keep up the fantastic work! I will see you again soon.

Positive: There was nothing I liked. I didn't even get to stay there. They rented my room to someone else. They didn't bother to tell me. Negative: The desk clerk even tried to get into the room that was supposed to be mine. Didn't even bother to knock. There were people in that room.

Great hotel, great staff. The fitness room is great and a lot better than other similarly priced hotels! The pool is indoors and open and is great fun as well. They recently renovated the hotel and so all of the furniture and paint is nice and new. The beds are comfortable and the TV was easy to work. There are lots of extra USB and C charging ports in the room so if you don't have the charging block that's not an issue. My stay was quiet and relaxing. The staff were attentive and helpful in my accomodations. Would and will definitely stay again.

Our stay here was horrible! I don’t even know where to start. The hotel itself was dirty. They left cleaning supplies in hallway. Our comforter and pillow cases had stains on them. The king bed in our room was hard as a rock. The tv and wifi was out for almost a whole day. The housekeeper didn’t even speak English and when I asked for the hotel phone number, she brought us towels. Also, just walked right into our room while my husband and kids were in there. Even though we had the do not disturb sign up, she walked into our room twice. Then the breakfast was terrible. The coffee tasted burnt. The juice machine gave water. The waffles tasted disgusted and didn’t cook all the way through. The sausage and eggs were gross too. And the bagels were so bad. Our last day we ended up eating breakfa

Under new management. Current team is spectacular at what they do. Room was in immaculate condition for a hotel room. Housekeeping did an excellent job when requested on our 9 day stay. So much so they left us swans. Every morning was a hot breakfast. The juice machine was broke, so they provided each selection in the mini fridge. Hell, on check in they offered my wife candy. Easy points. Lol. Absolutely will be staying here again. Even if it's only once a year for 9 days.
