Friendly staff - front desk, housekeeping, and dining room; clean room; comfortable bed; good Internet connection; and easy parking. The place is surrounded by many eating places. Convenient to get to. I stayed there three nights and it worked out very well. The breakfast items had all the usual items. I wish they had more variety of cold cereal and fruit (in addition to apples). The breakfast room was pleasant.

My mother-in-law has been staying at your hotel while her bathroom is being treated for mold. Our family has also stayed there several times over the past few months due to back-to-back funerals, and until now, we’ve had no complaints. Last night, my mother-in-law—who is disabled—had an accident in bed. I understand that kind of situation can be frustrating, but the way it was handled by the general manager was completely devoid of compassion. What’s especially disappointing is that the front desk agents have always been so kind, accommodating, and helpful during all of our previous stays. A few days earlier, when her payment was a few hours late because a family friend covering her room was delayed returning from an eye appointment, she was humiliated and left in tears after being repeate

The room was comfortable and perfectly clean, which is very important to me. The one thing that was missing from the room was something I could put my suitcase on and open it. Breakfast isn't that important to me, however the food that was served didn't taste that good. I'd say it was below average when compared to other similar hotels. That said, I will stay at this hotel next time I'm in town.

I've stayed in more hotels than I can count and this was one of the cleanest! Not just the room but the parking lot, foyer, elevator etc. the staff were friendly and helpful with questions we had. Our only issue is one of the beds. We had 2 queens they are on a metal raised frame and the noise of the bed was terrible. It was only one of them so I suspect it was a defect. We were in town for just a couple days for a wedding. Restaurants around the area. Hotel has easy access. Great value for the money.

The room was clean and neat, the people were very helpful and friendly, and check in/out was simple and quick. Also, when checking in fairly late in the evening, we observed another group of people treating the desk person in an extremely rude and dismissive manner: she responded in a positive and professional manner. It was very impressive!
