Comfort Inn & Suites Fredericksburg

My sister and I came to Fredericksburg for an overnight stay. We were able to check in early. This site is under new management so there are many creases to iron out. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could've been better managed as they ran out of eggs only about an hour into the meal service and the hot water for tea was lukewarm. The room itself was extremely nice and the king-sized bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels and soap. ||I honestly would return to this location the next time I visit Fredericksburg. They are transitioning so things will get better. I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff members. Thank you all! ||

The hotel was very clean , the front desk staff very polite and friendly, however, the AC in our room didn’t cool very well. The drapes were very old and falling off the curtain rod, and did not close, had to use hair clips to close them, the price of the room was very good. I think the rooms need to be updated a little also my travel companion had spilled something at the breakfast table and we were trying to get a rag to clean it up from the staff and I guess the person didn’t understand English, but instead of looking at what we were trying to tell her she just kept answering no, no.

Room was a good size, clean, and front desk staff was pleasant. We were on the first floor near the laundry room and the early morning bangs on the door from the cleaning crew carts was insane. The breakfast was the same for three mornings straight with no change.

Clean and reasonably priced. Can’t believe how good this stay was. The red head working the night shift (didn’t catch his name) provided excellent service when we got in late at night. Reminded me why I’m a Choice reward member. Will be coming back when visiting Friends from Austin.

Friendly staff and the entire facility is kept well maintained. The room was well furnished with the amenities listed and housekeeping came in to tidy up daily and replenish supplies. All staff were welcoming and the breakfast had a big variety of items.
