If I could give 0 stars I would - absolutely disgusting! The place looks like a dump when you pull up. Went in to give it a shot but nope after receiving our key went to the elevator my husband walked in and just as I was about to a ROACH ran out. Absolutely not ok at all - I immediately exited the building! My husband went back in to cancel and told them why. The lady working the desk said she couldn’t cancel had to wait 24hrs - absolutely not! He told her no I need it cancelled not we are not staying here you have roaches. Her response was did you look at the room though? He said no my wife absolutely will not stay here she will not even walk back in the building. She finally told him she cancelled it but couldn’t provide a receipt which is bullshit! I am appalled at how she handled the

Stole my credit card info and used it to make fraudulent charges against my accounts. I actually used a prepaid service to book my room to avoid handing out my actual account cards. My reservation was pre-approved. I did find it strange that the front desk clerk asked to see the physical card I made the reservation with. There was a card reader available to my left I expected to use. He gave me my room key and I headed to my room. Just minutes later, there was a knock at my door to say my prepaid card declined. I found that strange because the reservation was pre-approved before I left home and he had already given me room keycards as though it cleared at check-in too. Another wonderful stay at my favorite hotel. The hospitality service is excellent, particularly thanks to Boris, who went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and valued. When I arrived, I noticed how he engaged with the other guests, making them feel at ease while efficiently managing the check-in process. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness set the tone for a fantastic stay. Boris not only helped me with my check-in but also took the time to share helpful recommendations for local attractions and dining options, which truly enhanced my experience. First thing was a roach crawling out of the air vent in the elevator. I killed it and inspected it, definitely a roach and not a bed bug. Room was large and comfy, but the hallways and ice machines were grimey and gross and it wasnt very pleasant or clean. Hosts were not very friendly. We were glad when our stay ended.

My over all perception of this hotel was....dirty. The hall carpeting looked dingy. My room was dirty especially under furniture. The dresser drawer had trash left behind. The bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was shot. The breakfast was not well kept. All tables were dirty and the trash was overflowing. The staff was MIA most of the time. Would not recommend this place!
