Comfort Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

First, the app would not work for me to book the room on choice Hotels. So I called and the young lady at the desk, Brianna told me the price, I asked if I can get a discount Because I am a diamond member And I have a corporate account. She told me no, and I would have to pay the full price. After checking in, I would recommend brianna be a little bit more friendlier, not so cold and uncaring. I also ask if I can get a late checkout.She told me I would have to call and ask the front desk in the morning which I did.I was then told I could not do a late checkout because the hotel was completely booked. After finally getting on the website, I checked and found a hotel Had several rooms available for that day, including several rooms that were my room type. So I rebooked another night just so

Stayed in a junior king suite sofa bed room and let me tell you that must have been on a deal when I booked because that room was great! Solo travelled this stay and honestly everything was just so good, bed so comfortable and bathroom great! The shuttle driver he was also and so on to it always going in a timely and efficient manner. Had a gym and pool didn’t get a chance to try. Highly recommend!

Very good location close to airport. Hotel was clean and room and bed was comfortable. Quiet considering its location close to the airport. Breakfast was typical.

Stopping in for a quick sleep before a flight out. Hotel is in perfect location. The room I am in is really clean. Room 315 The hotel front desk clerk was nice. Check in was quick. I immediately arranged my shuttle service for the morning.

Great stay! The hotel is very close to the airport, which made travel super convenient. The interior is modern and comfortable, with everything well-maintained. The breakfast was surprisingly good — lots of great options and fresh waffle. Amenities like the gym and shuttle service were a big plus. Overall, an excellent experience for a really good price. Highly recommend!
