Comfort Inn & Suites Big Spring

We checked in around 9 PM. The rooms were mostly well cleaned but the bathroom towels were not cleaned properly, we ended up not using the hotel towels. Usually the other comfort inn I have been were much nicer than this place. The breakfast food quality was also not that great. There was only water coming out of the juice vending machine during breakfast.

The hotel clerk was amazing and very helpful no complains and the amenities and building is nice itself. The reason i would not comeback to this particular hotel location is because seems to me there are a lot of oil field workers that stay there and they have tracked so much dirt and mud everywhere. The carpets although vacuumed have been permanently stained. The bathroom shower looked quite warm out and the caulking was very bad. The floors and tile were muddy and dining area windows/automatic entrance doors were dusty and dirty as of the hotel was not kept clean regularly. Not sure if hotel cleaning crew is lazy or incompetent of they can’t keep up with the mess guest bring daily. We tried to go to the pool and it was nasty green slimy. Like chemicals had not been put in for a while. Ve

The staff at Comfort Inn (Big Spring, TX) were incredible. The hotel and the amenities are 5-Star. We've stayed at Comfort Inn on previous trips because the location is perfect and conveniently near Starbucks, and several restaurants. Booking a room online is great for discount prices and checking out of the hotel is fast and easy.

Not one working ice machine in the building, A/C didn't work good. Worst comfort Inn I've ever been too. I'm at Qaulty Inn down the street now, it's a great hotel.

Over all it was good the room was clean and kept daily the only reason for a score of 8 is because the parking lot is small and the parking spots are tight and I drive a bigger pickup
