Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn South Tulsa - Woodland Hills during a shopping trip, and it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly hotel. The location is unbeatable—right across the street from Woodland Hills Mall, making it super convenient for hitting the stores without dealing with traffic or parking hassles. Plus, there are tons of restaurants nearby, so grabbing a bite was effortless. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient; check-in was smooth, and they were always ready with helpful tips about the area. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet, with super comfy beds that ensured a great night's sleep. I loved the extra counter space in the bathroom—perfect for all my toiletries. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were exceptionally courteous, professional, and welcoming, which made a strong positive impression from the moment of arrival. The hotel was very flexible and accommodating, and the pricing was reasonable and well worth the value provided. In addition, the overall environment was comfortable, clean, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was good with nice options. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy and safe. Good value for the price. Housekeeping did a great job. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.

We reserved a handicapped room on the Choice Hotels website for two night. When we arrived we were told they did not have the type of room that I had a confirmed reservation for. It was getting late and we were tired so after some back and forth they agreed to put us in a suite. Upon entering the room it smelled musty and stale. It was obvious that the room was tired and rundown, much like us at that point. The more we checked the more items we found that were dirty, nasty and in need of repair. The worse was the mold and grime in the shower and shower door. The shower door was water and soap streaked. ||I make it a point to never use in room coffee makers and this one was a poster child for that decision. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating, and the breakfast offered excellent variety and great value. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, my stay was exceptionally pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. In addition, the property is conveniently located near all major shopping centers.
