Comfort Inn Saint George North

We enjoyed our stay at the comfort inn North. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. My children enjoyed the variety of free movies available on the TV. The indoor pool was a bit cold but after using the jacuzzi/hot tub it felt great and we swam like fish. We saw a couple enjoying the sauna. Plenty of parking and to top it off breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh and hot/cold options!! There was something for everyone. Thank you comfort inn!

The place is Filthy. The Door to the room is supposed to be “White” it’s smeared with dirt and grime just like the door to the “Filthy” bathroom in the room. A sign says all areas are sanitized for convenience for all areas that get touched. A Door is an Area that NEEDS TO BE CLEANED! The Door to our room also couldn't open correctly. You use the Key Card and "Sometimes it opens, most time it doesn't." As well as loose handle that shouldn’t be that way. The door to the room is hard to open it gets stuck, I asked 2 housekeepers for help the next morning. They tried and said maybe pull up on the handle while jamming your body to open the door. They agreed the locks don't work well but keep trying. So, I got angry and went to the Front Desk. Before I got there, I saw the "maintenance man" an

The staff were especially sweet at this hotel. There wasn't a table/chairs in our room, and so the gals at the front desk - both morning and night - let us into the breakfast room so that we could play a game of rummy. We were really appreciative of that. Nice hot tub/pool area. Our room was a bit noisy, as it was by the elevator on the main level. But we did enjoy our time there, and the employees working the desk and also the guy working the breakfast room in the mornings made the stay very pleasant.

Room, service and location were great! The pool area however was too messy for me to be comfortable, so if that is important to you then you might look some place else. I liked that there was plenty of space to park for a large vehicle. Breakfast was good. I liked the option for chicken nuggets. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Both windows in room 218 were loose in the frames and we could smell exhaust fumes from the street. The sink was clogged and would drain very slowly. The pool room ceiling is peeling off looking like it could fall at any time. The elevator hand rail came off in my hand once. Breakfast was a mixed bag. We got there about 8:30 and the hot food containers were empty and the attendant did not check on them once between 8:30 and 9. Saturday was much better. It’s unlike any other Comfort Inn we’ve used. The Comfort Inn Convention Center is a much nicer facility. I have to compliment the staff though! Everyone was friendly and accommodating.
