Comfort Inn Roswell-Dunwoody

This hotel was VERY quiet and comfy and clean there was a little hair in the shower and it looked like blood on the floor behind the bathroom door but nothing major fr, I truly enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to EVERYBODY!!!

Positive: Big room, comfy bed, had a pool not listed on website, host put us by laundry room and sold me quarters knowing I was going to do it. Negative: Didn't know they had a pool until too late to use it. Was going to add a day early but wanted a lot more than I paid online

Would only allow 1 hour late checkout without charging extra. Overheard a conversation where they gave another guest 2 hours with no extra charges. Other than that, was pleased with my stay.

Much much better than the rating. Easily a 3 star hotel. Room is great. Lobby is very comfortable. Feels like it was a Courtyard at some point in it's life.

The managers and staff at this hotel are very rude and cannot speak clear English. I am a choice rewards member and they didn't allow my employee to stay in a room(stating I hadn't paid for the room and I did on my Choice Hotel Account). My employee ended up staying in his car. I even got hung up on by the employee while trying to straighten out the matter. The hotel might have been a nice place to stay but the management and staff at the front desk are not and are very unprofessional.
