Best Western Plus Roswell/Alpharetta

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The room with two double beds was spacious and well designed, very clean. The free continental breakfast seemed limited, not what I expected from a "plus" Best Western. It's great that there is an Olive Garden restaurant in the same parking lot, and a taco restaurant, and a CVS just across the street. It's an easy walk to get anything you might need.

Might be cheaper than other area hotels, but not worth it. Needs overall renovation. Old and lumpy mattresses (literally a dip in the mattress,), old pillows, old, stained carpet. Seems like they just slapped a coat of paint on everything and called it good. Strong odor of paint and cleaning fluid. Do not recommend.

Positive: Very clean hotel. A lot of restaurants to choose from and the bed was nice and comfy! Negative: A lil minor issue at check-in but the hotel clerk handled the situation perfectly!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay. The staff made me feel so welcome with their professionalism and kindness. The rooms were impeccably clean, which really added to my comfort. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and a great way to start each day. Overall, I genuinely loved my time here and felt well taken care of.

This is overall a good, clean hotel located in a safe location. It’s quite simple but for us it was a one night stop on the way and it was good for that purpose. The staff at the reception deal was very nice and welcommng. The breakfast was ok but I would have appreciated more variety.
