Comfort Inn Roseburg, Oregon

The owner got us an upgraded room for free. Large room with plenty of space. Clean and comfortable. Excellent friendly customer service. The iced lemon water in the lobby is tasty and refreshing, a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Central location with many restaurants and stores nearby.

My husband and I stayed one night as part of a road trip. This was our second time staying at this motel as we enjoyed our stay last year. The motel is close to the freeway with other motels near by. Our room was nicely furnished, bathroom was sparkling, the bed was comfortable with decent linens. We were on the second floor and used the elevator which was near the lobby. Worth the drive across the freeway is the 7 Seven Thai restaurant. Certainly will stay again as we drive I-5 a couple times a year.

Good value compared to most comparable motels, however the bathroom fan made noise but did not seem to work properly, the A/C unit was quite loud, and the in room refrigerator was slightly noisy but not until the morning could we identify the noise as coming from it. The breakfast was better than expected, but should be open until 10:00 am rather than closing at 9:30 am. Staff was very friendly and helpful including providing dinner recommendations.

We arrived at the hotel around 5:30pm & front desk lady was very accommodating. She honored all of our requests that we mentioned when we made this reservation. She was polite, professional & so were all other staff. Our room was clean & everything worked. Bed was comfortable with a very nice bedding. A few things in a bathroom could use some patching up, but it did not had a negative impact on our overall stay. Breakfast was a typical for the brand. Pool was a typical hotel’s pool & hot tub was really good. All in all, we had a truly comfortable stay & I hope it will be just as good the next time we stay there.

This is my go-to place here. The rooms are comfortable and clean. They still provide coffee too, which some hotels are dropping. The breakfast varies. Some days fantastic and some days, so so. I do hard boiled eggs, for example, but not available sometimes. All in all, my best choice here so far...
