Comfort Inn Rohnert Park - Sonoma County

The room was small but clean, was hard to find by the clerk's instructions. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of noise from the freeway and the people upstairs. There was a hedge with only an 18" gap between the parking spaces and our room to load and unload our luggage through. And the generic continental breakfast was very sparse. No eggs.

Avoid. The staff was rude. No breakfast. Strict and weird rules you have to sign on. Not pet friendly. It is definitely not a comfort inn, rodeway inn at best.

I am writing to share concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. Upon arrival, the front desk staff did not greet us when we entered. We requested two room keys and were told that only one key per room is provided. While this had not been an issue during our previous stays under former ownership, we accepted this policy. When we entered the room, it appeared generally acceptable for the cost; however, several issues were immediately noticeable. The toilet paper holder was broken and hanging from the wall, the shower gel dispenser was empty, and only one set of towels was provided for two adults.
