If you have high standards, don't stay here. This is a low rent motel and you get what you pay for. We needed transitional living for a couple months - stayed in room 125 summer 2025. The room itself wasn't bad. Moderately clean and most importantly, I've never seen bugs. It's in a bad area - too many times we got loudly asked for drugs or someone tried to sell to us, like brazenly shouting across the parking lot. Got a call on the room phone offering "stripper" services. Someone peeking in our window. You'll hear and see it all if you stay long enough. But the staff is helpful and they stopped charging us the pet fee and deposit so it was a decent deal for an average of $70/night tax included.

It was very upsetting. They asked for a $50 deposit on my Credit Card just to check in. They charged me $25 for a pet fee, in spite of the fact that I said I had service dog, and in spite of the fact that they said they don't allow pets. Then, a day later I find that the deposit on my credit card was $100 instead of the original $50. When I checked out, they said they had removed the $50. When I called them about it, they said it would take 3 to 7 days for them to remove it from my credit card. I feel they are trying to scam the money from people who don't check their accounts. Also, they advertised free coffee, but there was no coffee in my room and when I tried to get a cup in the office they wanted to charge me $2. There were no ice bucket, plastic glasses or paper cups, or tiss

Do not stay at this Motel! Do not put down a deposit for the full stay! Room was awful. Not enough towels, bed mattress wasn’t firm, 2 small pillows, one very thin blanket, no extra toilet paper, sink and tub were dirty This room was unsanitary and not as advertised online. Only one chair. Front desk area appeared to be a storage area of tons of miscellaneous items. |After the first day, I wanted to move to another hotel. I was told I wouldn’t get a refund for the one day I wasn’t going to stay. This is ridiculous! I was forced to stay another day. When I talked to the manager, she was extremely rude and I felt that I was caught in a scam. I will write terrible reviews wherever I can.|Also, when I checked in, I was asked to pay $100 for a key deposit. Again, I was "forced"

Do not stay here. I have stayed here quite a few times. They change the deposit, they change prices that they have posted for large trucks. They say the large truck is 25 ft but charged me for a 16 ft truck. They charge if you rebook online to extend your room. They claim pet friendly, but if you have a service dog they withhold your deposit for dog hair after 1 night. They have a smoking section but the front desk girl gets mad, and uses that to try and withhold deposit. Said there was blood on the headrest when there was no bleeding so probably from lack of cleaning from previous guest. Crooks and thieves and needs to be investigated.

TLDR: bedbugs - stay away. I would not reccomend staying here. I booked this room off Airbnb - thinking it was a house or something. When I rolled up to the motel I felt deceived. The listing said nothing about roadway inn. I was given room 515, and as I was about to go to sleep saw a roach scurrying across. Then started inspecting the bed area when I saw 3 small bugs crawling near the headboard and one on the box spring. Classic bed bugs. I’m giving this 2 stars because they moved me immediately to a new room at 1am, in a different building. Thank you. But I cannot recommend anyone else staying here. And if you do, do not stay in building 5.
