Positive: It's conveniently located - lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. They have free breakfast and mini-fridge and microwave in the rooms - that's very useful! Negative: ""

Night clerk took my card for an undisclosed "deposit" & 5 hrs later I had fraudulent charges on that card. This is the only time that card was out of my hand in months. The fridge had no temp controls, the toilet seat was loose (safety hazard), the shower head could not be adjusted up or down, the tub spout was not secured (safety hazard), hot and cold not clearly marked on the shower control (safety hazard) and there was hair on the door(gross). The 'breakfast" was substandard: everything was small, prepacked, open and heat in a single tiny microwave. No waffles as suggested by other reviews. Definitely not worth the markup on the room. I've had better experiences at Motel 6 for half the cost.

1) The hotel is NOT a Best Western hotel. |2) The hotel is affordable but the place is outdated. |3) The pool and hot tub are closed permanently as stated at the front desk.|4) It appeared to me that the hotel may be struggling to stay open.|5) I contacted BW since it showed online as a BW hotel to see if I could still get rewards points due to the misleading info online and was told no.

Better than you think. It is an old best western. Some things are dated and not super fancy. The spa was closed. The room was clean and comfortable though, and it is in a safe area of town. It does have a damp old hotel room smell but for the price, you can't beat it.

This Best Western is doomed. Soon to be a Burbank Housing spot w/ funding a done-deal. $28.7 million for 70 Apts is $410,000. each, ...... & those are local ~1000 sq ft Condominium prices. Do not expect this "Inn" to improve anything before conversion.
