Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Santa Rosa Rohnert Park

Me and my gf had a good experience when we brought our dog along with us here on 2/21. Abigail at the front desk was very sweet, helpful and welcoming. She got us all checked and setteled in. Complimentary breakfast was solid, the person working that day did a great job. Everything was stocked, organized and clean. The room gets a 4/5 because the thermostat wouldn't work. We couldn't adjust the temperature so the room stayed warm. Other than that, everything was great. Would stay here again if we are back in the area.

We've stayed at this location before but we have to say, this stay was even better than before. Linda, our receptionist, greeted us and informed us our rooms were upgraded. She was extremely kind, considerate and welcoming and ensured we had exactly what we needed for our visit. We greatly appreciated the gesture and must say the accommodations were very nice as well! We’ve always had a great experience here. This is a very well run hotel with an excellent team from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast service. ||We did have a glitch this trip. This hotel recently started charging a parking fee. We did not park on the hotel property. But we were charged for parking anyway. We noticed it on the bill and pointed it out. The hotel took it off. But really? At check in they asked us if we were parking a car on their property and we said no. And we never parked there. But they charged us anyway. ||Anyway. This is still our go to property in this area. Highly recommended. Just watch your bill carefully to meek sure you aren’t charged for something you did not use!

Fairfield by Marriott, Rohnert Park – Service That Stands Out, at a Premium Fairfield by Marriott in Rohnert Park is a step above many similar properties, but that quality comes at a price. The facility feels brand new, and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. We did encounter one frustration—pairing or linking the in-room TVs with our phones proved impossible despite repeated attempts. The complimentary breakfast is standard and caters to crowd favorites, with calorie-heavy, carb-heavy offerings. Fresh vegetables, however, are entirely absent. Where this property truly distinguishes itself from countless similar hotels across the country and the world is in its service. We happened upon this MAGNIFICENT hotel, Fairfield In Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, a couple of years ago when the Motel 6 in Rohnert Park turned out to be a total dump. That was our very last Motel 6 experience forever. I remember Theresa being the one that helped us and she was beyond wonderful to us, we had a lovely stay, a nice rest in a beautiful clean room that was just perfect for us. I've never seen a more immaculately made bed in my life. When we needed a room again this year, 2025, I knew exactly where I wanted to stay. The area is very safe, a Starbucks around the corner with Panda Express, Costco across the street and other amenities nearby. We feel very safe here, the rooms are impeccable and immaculate.
