Comfort Inn Ocala Silver Springs

Wish I could rate a 0 worst hotel ever! Reservation was made 2 months in advance for 4 rooms together was told no problem. Get there and we were split up! Was told we reserve you a room no guarantee they are together that should have been said at time of booking. One room was open and the keys didn't work they tried 4x to reprogram them with no luck. 2nd room had an awful oder 3rd room opened the door beds a mess looked like a party was happening garbage everywhere was not ready or someone else was staying in there! This was 8pm at night! At this point anything was possible. We grabbed our stuff and decided to stay else where. They are fighting us on our refund they say " our cancelation is 24 notice" um really I didn't cancel we were there you your staff your company dropped the ball.

A very great hotel. I wished I was told it would be a 75 dollar deposit on the website I didn’t know into after I checked in . I wished the breakfast had rotating meat for breakfast. But amazing breakfast. I was on the first floor so I did get woken up from people talking or the room cleaning. Other than that I would definitely come here again.

WiFi needed an active phone number to verify. So, maybe some previous issues? ||Rooms were spacious, and functional. Bathroom clean, and hotel reasonably quiet. ||Breakfast had tasty dishes. Good service, good front desk. ||Pool access needs updating. ||Missing a safe for passport. ||Staff excellent.

Was a typical US Hotel/Motel. Room was spacious, Area safe. Everything you need around. Parking lot a lil tiny but we found a space. Internet is not working.

Ideally located near downtown Ocala. Free breakfast (eggs, sausage, muffins, juice cereal ,etc ) A lovely coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7. Clean and comfortable beds. Service pleasant. Outdoor pool unheated & handicap accessable. My family came to Ocala for Christmas 2025, their stay was wonderful at the Comfort Inn for 3 nights.
