Comfort Inn Manchester Airport

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, and great prices! Pool was pleasant and warmer than other hotel pools we’ve been to (it isn’t hot, but not freezing cold). We enjoyed and will drs again if we are in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, but I believe the check-in process could be even more fantastic with a bit more information provided. Since I was staying from the weekend into the week, I was only informed about the breakfast schedule for the weekend and missed out on the details for the weekdays. Additionally, I was looking forward to exploring the various services available, but there wasn’t any informational material in my room. This led me to visit the front desk for clarification, which was a little inconvenient, especially with only one staff member available during such a busy time. I am disabled I walk with difficulty and use a cane. This hotel only has 5 handicapped parking spaces available. I parked near a side entrance which was close to my room, the electronic lock at the side entrance was broken and there were no handicapped parking spaces at the front of the hotel which was all the way at the end of the hall away from my room. It snowed while I was there. The ramp near the side entrance was cleared but not salted. I slipped and fell on the ramp. Their is a security camera near the door and the front desk personal constantly stare at the array of videos so I am sure they saw me. I managed to get myself up and walk all the way around the building through the slippery unsalted parking lot and on the slippery unsalted sidewalk. I complained about the lack of h

Nice affordable hotel to stay for a night or two. Bed was comfortable enough, shower was good, coffee maker worked, and great blackout shade. Only complaints are the whole place kind of smells like cigarettes, and there's only vending machines on the first floor in the very back. Snacks were only $1.75 each though!

Do not stay here. The elevator did not work, and th front desk lied to me about its condition. The hotel is a bit rundown, and the breakfast is unappetizing. But it is an obvious red flag if the elevator is not maintained properly. This property is potentially dangerous. The front desk is rude, and offers little comfort about anything.
