Comfort Inn La Porte

Comfort Inn is usually a really great place to spend the night. This location is the exception. I got a small spot of soy sauce on a blanket and they are trying to charge me 50$ for that. The room was dusty, dust hanging from fan above whirlpool tub and had glitter on the floor and a few spots of glitter on a stand. I have never had these issues at any other comfort inn. It was already paid for so i just got thru the night and will not stay here anymore. So if you're looking to stay affordable in LaPorte I suggest Holiday Inn Express and Suites NOT at this Comfort Inn location. Otherwise take the extra time to go the Valparaiso location. They are EXCEPTIONAL!! If I would have known the LaPorte location was going to pull this crap I would have taken pics of the room, so wish i would have

A clean, comfortable, attractive property with a nice staff and a good location across the street from Pine Lake and just a few minutes from the Toll Road exit. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. We've stayed at several places in the Michigan City/LaPorte area (including this one a couple of times) and this is one of the nicest and best values. We plan to stay here again when we visit again later this year.

It was a great stay. The room was good. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but good. The bed was comfortable. The shower and tub were nice and hot. Plenty of room for us to spread out in the room. They don’t take cash, but that’s not horrible. A good stay all together.

Highway was really bad so we pulled off to this hotel, it was really nice. Front desk was kind and was trying her best while a lot of people were coming in during the storms asking for rooms. Well trained employee. Bed's were comfortable and I had a good night sleep.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel! I can say it was pleasant to stay here! Coffee was hot and available 24/7! Area is amazing and had a lot of nearby activities. My husband and I used the fitness center and it was clean and cool for us to work out in there! We will see you again soon Comfort Inn!
