Comfort Inn Fayetteville I-95

If you have a choice between staying on a couch in a roach-infested apartment or staying at this hotel, pick the roach couch. Here's why. ||I made my reservations for this hotel well in advance. I have learned my lesson about booking through 3rd party sites. So, I booked directly on the Comfort Inn/Choice Hotels website. I read the fine print. (This will be important later.) I paid the stated amount and booked the reservation. ||Then I arrived. I was told that I would have to pay a "deposit" for being an out-of-town guest. Now, I travel a lot. I've heard of deposits for in-town guests. (This is primarily to keep HS and college kids from renting hotel rooms to throw parties.) I have never heard of such a deposit. I was very angry. I called Choice corporate. I was told that they couldn't do

The room was clean and updated. Breakfast was adequate. The woman that checked me in on 1/1/26 around 8pm was so sweet and kind. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but somebody needs to take her out to a nice dinner or at least give her a gift card to a local restaurant. The morning staff, unfortunately, were more interested in sitting on the couch and chatting

Yesterday evening the 29th of December at Comfort Inn Fayetteville and at the season of holidays I had One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The receptionist was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of doing her job and assisting guests, she spoke with an attitude and treated me with clear disrespect.we were trying to ask her questions about our staying she wasn't responding properly. She was dealing with us like a trash !!!!. Besides that, she treated me with extreme racism, while she treated other customers kindly.This behavior is unacceptable in any place or any hotel, especially at the front desk where guests form their first impression. Her attitude alone was enough to ruin the experience, and it seriously reflects poorly on hotel

The hotel is in rough shape. We had 2 rooms with pull out’s, however, no linens provided. Mattress in pull out was stained and dirty. The couch cushions were sunken in with stains. The breakfast was horrific, with little options. Overall a budget friendly hotel, but we have stayed at other choice hotels with much better quality all around. The staff were extremely friendly as one upside.

The breakfast was way below par. The eggs and sausage patties were sparse and the person who maintains the food was sitting by the reception desk just waiting for who knows what. A real disappointment. The room itself was good.
