Comfort Inn Fallsview

The hotel was perfect for us who were going to a concert at the casino. Price was right, location was great. 5 minute walk to the casino. We did not park at the hotel (it costs $30). The parking spots looked limited but it was always monitored and parking attendants were always out there.|Front desk was friendly.|There is the tower section of the hotel but there is also a two story motel style type of accommodations. It has a totally separate entrance. That’s where we stayed. No elevator so we had to walk up about 10 steps. It was fine. Room was basic, bed and pillows were comfortable. Didn’t hear any noise. |The location is very close to the falls and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We walked to Applebys. Everyday from 3-6 they have half price appetizers and $7 drinks.

The hotel is in a prime location and offers a warm welcome from the front desk staff. The suite was clean and comfortable, equipped with great amenities. Breakfast was good; however, the dining area was quite small, which forced guests to line up for their meal. The staff worked hard to clean tables and guide hotel guests to the dining area. Unfortunately, some guests remained seated after finishing their breakfast, which contributed to the congestion. I suggest the hotel implement a 45-minute seating limit for guests to allow the next group easier access to breakfast.

Very clean, exceptionally clean. The housekeeping is done everyday. "Unlike Days Inn across the street where I stayed three nights and it was the worst experience." The breakfast was good, checking in and out was very smooth. It was also very quite and peaceful. The only thing their soda machine only take 5 dollar notes ans coins and the Atm on site lowest not is 20 cad. Outside of that it was an exceptional experience. Plus they gave discounts for at least 3 nearby restaurants. The cleaner for 703 was awesome, older lady from Eritrea 🇪🇷

For the price this hotel seems acceptable overall. The beds were clean- no evidence of bedbugs. The rooms were fairly spacious. Showers have good water pressure and hot water. The location is fine, walkable to the train down to the falls but a little further to walk on your own. The cons- for many of the rooms (ours included,) you have to leave the lobby and walk around the outside of the hotel to get in. During the winter this is a little brutal. Parking was an additional $30- at that rate we would have just booked a nicer hotel. The rooms were clean overall but there was some hair on the floor in the bathroom and the showers were a little grimy. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which feels a little excessively early for a vacation spot. Considering the parking cost and short window for breakfast,

Decent location with great staff, but old and dated and needs some updating. It almost appears like there are 2 hotels that only connect through the indoor pool, which seemed strange. There are old heaters, which I assume are air conditioners in summer, that are very loud and greatly affect your ability to get a decent night's sleep. This was in all of the three rooms our family reserved. As I said, the staff were polite and helpful, although no one bothered to show us the proper way to use the older spa bath in our room. Once you have a few issues like this, you start to see things like the loose, poor fitting shower rail (drops the curtain into the bath and gets it in the way of your shower), and leads you to notice patchwork on the walls that hasn't been painted over properly.
