Comfort Inn Fairbanks

Front desk was extremely friendly and pleasant. I felt welcomed from the start. The room was excellent and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was of high quality and the options for breakfast was plentiful. The gentleman that had put out the spread was very concerned that all of the items were hot and fresh. He was genuinely interested that every item was up to the upmost quality and that all guests were taken care of. Comfort Inn has a valuable employee with him. I would stay here again!

Room 1/2 cleaned when out. Left us wondering what was going on. Otherwise, comfortable stay. On Wednesday morning breakfast was outstanding! It was operated by a mature employee who took special care of food (guy was friendly, explained he owned a food service in peak tourist season). Thursday breakfast was a mess - waffle griddles had most of us customers struggling to "unstick" waffles... lady seemed perturbed at me when I asked if there was any non-stick spray. However, the very friendly young lady at morning desk. Cheered us up with her attentiveness.

I’m giving it a 5 star not because there is something magical or unexpected luxuries. This place did exactly what it intended very well. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Available laundry mat. That’s all that’s needed

We spent 8 night here on a recent trip to Alaska over the Christmas holidays. The location was great, right on Airport Way and just a short walk to several good restaurants and fast food places as well as the cinema. It was also about a 10min walk to the Planet Fitness gym and 10min walk to the Chena River trail. Other than the location, not a whole lot that was great about it. The room was decent and all the hotel staff we interacted with were really good and friendly. We liked that we had both a fridge and microwave oven in our room. ||We had endless trouble with the climate control in the rooms. We actually had to switch rooms at one point as the heater was not working and it was -40 degrees outside!! Although there was a thermostat, there was no control of the heat in the room. Even wh

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great staff nice and helpful If I had a complaint it would be elevator door was so slow to open. Furniture in lobby looked dirty It was very cold and fireplace would be a great addition. I think one was there but not on.
