Comfort Inn Dunmore - Scranton East

Absolutely perfect. This hotel was very, very clean. Looks brand new. Spacious room with comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave & plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious. We were super happy to be able to travel with our small dog for the 1st time. We were charged a small fee in comparison to other hotels. We travel to PA 1-2 per year. Will definitely stay here again. Definitely recommended!!! Many shopping areas near by & food too. Totally happy.... Thank you so much. :-)

We were not satisfied because when my wife want take a shower the handle came out from the tub my can not take a shower. The staff was a rude guy refused to accommodate us & told us to taking shower later. I told him I want my money back but he refused & rude still. We would never come back again.

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel needed to be updated, I booked 2 rooms. 1 room smelled like moldy. Was told there was no other room available. Dust was on the furniture and wall were dirty

Pretty decent place to stay if you're travelling through. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet! They even gave me a deal on the room!

I really appreciate the upgrades that have been made to the hotel. The space feels noticeably brighter and more inviting.
