Positive: Nothing, a lot of homeless people around very scary. A guy slid a disturbing note under my door had to call the police. Desk clerk wasn’t helpful Negative: Didn’t like there wasn’t enough safety precautions

The hotel was very low quality. The front desk attendant told me there was a $100 dollar security hold, he assured me it would be refunded the next day. No problem, pretty standard procedure. However I'm on day 9 of not receiving my security deposit back. I waited 3 or 4 days to call them since I was on vacation and figured it would go back on my card in at least 3-5 business days. After arriving back home after my vacation I check my account and still no deposit. So I call the establishment, the owners were very dismissive and told it would be 7 to 14 business days. They tried to act like I was the problem when I was very relaxed about the whole situation. Seemed very racist please dont fall for the cheap prices and ruin your vacation.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked two rooms for employees traveling into town and ran into a simple, solvable issue with the cardholder name not matching the guest name. Instead of handling it professionally, the front desk agent chose power drunk intimidation over service and called my employee threatening to cancel the reservation while they were already traveling and delayed. This created unnecessary panic. When I contacted the hotel myself to resolve the situation, I was met with the same hostility, zero effort to help, and a refusal to provide any reasonable solution. The agent then hid behind the excuse of being “yelled at” and moved forward with canceling the reservation shortly before my employees arrived. Completely unprofessional and avoidable. I appreciate the service I received at this Comfort Inn. Joo was so sweet and nice with her customer service. Ann was very thorough and professional. The rooms were very comfortable. My only critique is the carpet in my room wasn’t the best. It looked like it needed a good shampooing. Also our TV was older and it was hard to change the channels. The hot breakfast in the morning was a big plus and they have a waffle maker, that was my son’s favorite part. Overall, a nice place to stay and it is right off of the Highway 225. #AskShaneequa

Take the words of a Disabled American Veteran being kicked out on the street, on Veteran's Day, when I wasn't leaving until the following morning. $100.00 cash deposit returned, Came in tonight at 4Pm awake after a 13 hr day, looking for rest and now due to incompetence of the day staff not leaving notes for the night staff,, I'm driving another 6 hrs straight to N. Wyoming without stopping. Thanks Comfort Inn Franchise.
