Comfort Inn at Convention Center

I have always stayed at another hotel in St George, but they were full this week. So I booked two nights at Comfort Inn at Convention Center! And I COULD NOT be happier. Although I didn't get an ocean view room, I did get the next best option. The room was close, clean, and had everything I needed. When I had a problem with the TV volume, AWESOME Lani knew exactly how to fix it! The entire time of my visit, EVERYONE was happy to help me with any questions or concerns! Lani, her sister Yolanda, and Karen went way above and beyond. They deserve a raise! Breakfast is also the very best!!! Every time. Don't miss Comfort Inn at Convention Center!!! They are ready and willing to take excellent care of you at all times.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and every time is the same. The rooms are perfect, clean, well organized. The staff is very helpful in the location. They have a large lot for truck and trailers. Also, there's a Culver's within walking distance. I always try to stay here in my first leg of coming out of California going north or coming back! 😎 Only thing the TVs have limited channels. I find that in higher end hotels you get less TV service. ☹️

The four of us were pleased with our two rooms. The rooms were large, clean, and well furnished. The Wi-Fi worked well aside from the nuisance of needing to sign in repeatedly. Beds were comfortable. The breakfast offerings were surprisingly generous and varied for a hotel at this price point. As is increasingly common, there were few wall hooks and one small towel bar in the bathroom, making it difficult to hang clothing or towels. The doors to the closet were much higher than expected and would have been difficult for a shorter person to reach.

Affordable pricing that’s not worth the savings. The 3rd floor hallway smells like someone pooped on the carpet. The smell stayed that way from the night I came in and still the morning I left. Mold growing all around the toilet lid. No mattress protection, the padded mattress topper didn’t even fit the bed which was a hard uncomfortable mattress. Four small cube pillows. How hard would it be to have a regular size pillow. Breakfast was decent, I’ve had worse meals. That’s about the best positive part I have for this hotel. Decent breakfast.
