ROUGH and that's coming from a guy in overalls. Stanky and delapidated. Manager was nice. Over six hundred a month, which includes furniture I'd be scared to sit on and I use public restrooms. I know some people may not have any better options, but dang, this place needs some work and lots of cleaning.
Well this place is run down dirty small and they charge 1000 dollars a month for a crappy little dirty out dated room! Do not rent here!
