Colony Suites

We throughly enjoyed our stay in suite 2!! The beautiful decor was modern and welcoming. The couch and bed were so incredibly comfortable! And we loved all the organizational touches everywhere. Very well stocked, everything we needed. The only note we had was if you’re on a different time zone, like we were, suite 2 does have some audible footsteps from the upper level, nothing intrusive if you’re on a normal sleep schedule. We just loved it and will definitely recommend it and anticipate another stay in the spring! Thank you!!!

This place was wonderful! This was our first trip to Alaska and it was for our nieces wedding. We had a full kitchen and laundry which was great for our 12 day stay. Very comfortable and clean. There was someone always available for any questions and everyone was very friendly. The mountains all around were beautiful! Parking was available right outside the door. There were also many good places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness! This is the dream staycation spot!! We stayed here a year ago and my youngest requested a return for his 8th birthday adventure. The house is roomy, comfy and so clean. The hot tub is perfect (even at -7, my kids, hubs and I loved it!). And the location is in a nice central down town Palmer location. If you want a relaxing stay with lots of storage (an entire pantry space for food, big fridge/freezer, and empty cupboards!) , every kitchen need supplied (even plastic bags, dish soap, spices, coffee filters plus the usual dishes), and even curtains with blinds on every window....this is the place for you.

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the master bath was beautiful! Very clean and every detail of the place was outstanding. We travel to Palmer a lot and we will definitely be back!

My first time in Alaska and I can’t give enough stars for the hospitality and people in this state. The Colony suite is very warm and cozy. Makes you feel like you’re at home. The rooms are beautiful and very comfy, the finishes they used really are top notch. Every time I’m in Alaska I’ll be staying here. It’s beautiful. I also want to say thank you to the owners, I had a little breakdown with my Transport truck here and they were here with tools to help me fix it and get me rolling again, Not only did I get a very nice place to stay for five days, I got the most amazing hospitality I’ve ever had. I truly appreciate the People of Palmer!
