Colonial Motel

Very nice and clean room. Kim was such a great person. Nice recliner, small table, fridge and microwave. I hope to be able to stay here every time we're in the area.

We have had the opportunity to stay here a couple of times over the past couple months. I’m so glad we did! The rooms are neat, the bed was comfortable and the cable TV kept my husband happy. Neal and Kim are gracious hosts and are very knowledgeable of the area for shopping and fishing! We will be back!

Great place to stay! You can tell the owners take pride in their rooms. Had a nice homey feel. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Was not expecting to find this level of excellence for the low price. Will definitely be staying there again in the future.

This old rider / writer for 60.5 Finding God stayed with with Neal and Kim for a month in their freshly remodeled Room #5. I found the place to be quiet, clean and a welcoming place to return to after a hard day. Room was kept cleaner than a hungry man's plate after dinner and even on the coldest night warmth is the operative word. Retro is the theme here but the coffee is always fresh, hot and plentiful. Neal's skills in restoring the place speak for themselves and Kim would have to be cloned twice over to be a better hostess. God bless you both. You guys are the greatest.

My family and I stayed in this hotel while we're waiting for our new houses to be ready, and it was a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The owners are fantastic people, they take awesome care of the rooms. their spacious and super super clean!! it's very affordable and I would stay here again if I ever needed to!! highly highly recommend this little gem of a motel!!!!
