Nice size rooms, hot water, fridge , microwave, spectrum on demand t.v., wifi..... if ya need a clean, affordable place to stay for a few days, or even maybe a private place to stay for a couple weeks or months, while you have to wait for another place, you won't find a cheaper place anywhere around here, I've looked! Owner is also a good man , he'll do what hr can for you

We had a friend who lives locally check out the rooms for us. (Won't ask him again!)First off, I called directly to make a reservation. When we tried to check in, they didn't have it!! It was clean, the refrigerator looked new, and the microwave worked. The wall unit AC was old but it worked,also. There are no amenities, There's no shampoo, etc.There's no ice, you have to buy bagged ice from their convenience store! The bedding and bedspread are old. The pillows are horrible. The bathroom has been redone with new tile and fixtures but it is tiny. The shower is dark, and has no light. They seems to cater to out of state construction workers who rent by the month. It also was a bit musty. As my husband told a relative, "We've stayed in a lot worse places, but not for a long time." The hand

The rates are very low when compared to all you get. been here 3 times in 1 1/2 yrs and each time the rooms have gotten better. they are remodeling and our room had new carpet, shower, toilet and sink. wireless internet, fridge, microwave, super friendly staff. family owned. just great people. quiet, great parking. just the best deal around for our needs.

I came to town to visit family and friends after being away for 15 years or so. Although I found the place to have little to no emmenities, it was a pleasure to stay in a safe place where the owner personally looks after your needs. The owners are more accommodating than most friends and more helpful than the previous owners. I had a wonderful stay there. I do not confuse small town motels with big city hiltons... it was nicer than the price I paid and the neighbors were all pleasant. I felt safe and warm.

This place is a dump. No bugs is only plus. The a/ c don't work right door handles missing other people's stuff left in drawers (jail release bags). Dirty walls and floors. Needs to be completely removed. Light switches have black stuff on them.
