Colonel Williams Resort and Suites

Rooms were ok. Paint was coming off the door. Water was warm for a shower but could stand to be warmer. Play ground for the kids apparently has seen better days. Some of the stuff was actually starting to fall apart. Had a small indoor pool was clean. Indoor hot tub. Wasn't hot. About the same temperature as the pool. We got there Thursday afternoon never cleaned the room or got clean towels all the time we were there. Thursday through Sunday. Never picked up the trash. The room next door had bags of trash out when we got there Thursday and we're still sitting there when I left on Sunday. Must say the price was good. $300.00 for a room with 2 bedrooms. That was 300 total for the 3 nights we were there. Just clean towels and picking up the trash would have made me feel better about

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel is extremely run down and feels like a dump. There were no smoke detectors in either bedroom; the towel rack was broken off the wall; the light switch in bathroom was broken; no kleenex or cups in room; curtains falling off the rod.

I went with my sister! We checked in Saturday night noticed that the water pressure was very low in the bathroom sink! The issues didn’t start till Sunday morning when our toilet would not flush! Went to the office no one there, called left a message, nothing, made a second call finally someone called back, but said no one could look at it till noontime we said we could no go without a toilet till then, plus we didn’t want to spend the day in our room! They said we could change our room, which was fine! This room was not what we paid for it only had a double bed, which was not comfortable for us, as we paid for a king! The rooms are very out dated and small! There was no facecloths, bath mats, just the bare minimum to say the least! It might be cheap, but as the saying goes you get what

Resort outside decorations, looks was good. But there was no people while cheching in & out. You have to call and wait. Our room was not ready, no towels. At night it was extreme cold, no heating system was on. No hair dryer. Wifi was bad. They could have done better.

We are motorcyclists, we arrived late and exhausted after a long ride — and the one thing you expect, the absolute minimum, is a decent bed to rest on. This motel couldn’t even provide that. There was no comforter, just a thin sheet and an even thinner blanket. We froze all night. To make things worse, the sheets weren’t even clean — there was hair on them. The pillows were absolutely dreadful and impossible to sleep on. And the beds themselves were shaped like a bowl, making it impossible to get any rest. The room was filthy: floors covered in grime and footprints, doors smudged with greasy fingerprints, scuff marks on the walls... I woke up to find a cockroach in the bathroom, right on the washcloth I was using as a bath mat. To make matters worse, what looked like feces was smeared ne
