Coconut Beach Resort

Dont go here unless you wish to spend $515 a night for a 3rd floor attic room. Room was small and litterly the attic of old house converted to small suite. Water takes 5 minutes of running to get hot in the bathroom. Our bed wall faced kitchen wall in the room next door. We could here everything going on next door. No views but a noisy street and parking garage. They make it look like you have good views here in all the rooms when you book. Only good thing this place has going is the pool and hot tub they are clean and heated. Nice little clean beach availible also. You can walk to old town in about 20 minutes. Stay here with caution we were very disappointed.

Excellent location. Very clean and well kept property. Quiet, but close enough to the lively parts of the island. Has its own little beach which makes it really unique for a small resort. Pool is adequate and is BYOB. The “B” side rooms on level 2 and 3 have nice views. Would definitely stay there again.

We have owned at CBR for 34 years and we love it. If we could we would live here. We look forward to seeing the front desk staff Rita and Ksusha. We also just met Jodi with a beautiful smile.

We will be back! It is hard to find a spot with a beach in Key West. We were not far from anything but still had privacy. This was a much needed vacation

Cute little resort. Family friendly and right at the beach ⛱️. Beautiful sunset from the balcony. Few blocks from the southern most point. Will be back again!
