Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Erie

Had a night out for my birthday in December! It was very nice and smooth experience. Check in and out was easy shower was clean and hott!! Mini frigde was clean and super cold! 👌 😌 uber from hotel and back from big bar was available and affordable! Was able to uber back at 12 am how awesome!!! Thank youu!!

Room was 59 degrees when we arrived. Why would the heater not be on when there are guests known to be arriving and the outside temperature is single digits? Inexcusable. We booked this hotel as a weekend getaway, passing up less expensive options so that we could hit the pool and the hot tub without having our kids with us. When checking in, we were made aware that the pool was closed. Asked about possibly upgrading to a room with a jacuzzi tub, and the staff was reluctant to look. Instead, they offered to us to use the pool at another location 20 minutes away. What kind of customer service and perk is that, to have to drive somewhere else to enjoy a pool, when the point of booking at THIS location was to be able to enjoy the amenities and then walk 50 feet to our room? 0/10 would not stay

This was our first time staying at a Cobblestone hotel and suites. We were on a college visit at Mercyhurst and Mercyhurst recommended the Cobblestone. The staff were wonderful, the hotel was very affordable, and the rooms were very clean. It has a nice little bar/lounge and breakfast was very good. They have Seattles Best coffee in the rooms with the coffee maker. I will definitely stay at a Cobblestone hotel and suites again!

Positive: Breakfast was ok Negative: Door did not shut properly, tiles on bathroom floor were popping up, there was an attempted robbery, fights at 5:30 in the morning, lady stopping on the floor above me. The person who first said, “you get why you pay for” said here.

First time here! One of our best hotel stays. Front desk Scott was welcoming. Indoor pool was clean and warm. Location is perfect for everything Erie. Military rate was appreciated. Breakfast was warm and plenty. Bed was comfy. Room was spotless. View was gorgeous. We stayed at the so called "higher end hotel on the water" and the Cobblestone Hotel outperformed. Don't get me wrong, the bar and restaurant at the other hotel is great but in our getaway world we don't need that on-site. Bottom line heading to Erie head to Cobblestone Hotel
