Coastal Inn

I did not give this hotel 5 stars for tourists to go expecting a normal 5 star hotel experience with dining and ambiance....the washing machine might even be down during your visit but there will be hospitable desk personnel to guide you where you will be able to do your laundry at an equally hometown friendly establishment across town. I lived at this establishment twice over the last few years....and I call something "lived at" if I was there over three months...at least for the purposes of Google. The rooms here are spacious. The options are either one or two queen beds. The single queen rooms are equipped with a sofa or two nice comfy sitting chairs, a large heavy coffee table, a small dinette and two small chairs that you may also set outside your front door to enjoy our beautiful wea

Very decorative ..nice looking clean rooms.. but in general this place sucks . I am allergic to lavender and I stayed here for a week and I told the maids about my allergies but each day they come in room while I am gone and clean with lavender products. They use key to come in while I am there. Will not stay here AGAIN!

There was a lot of workers that worked on property, property was being upgraded so I understand that. The only person that worked front desk that was always pleasant worked in the evening. I can't remember her name, but she was a young, very pretty black lady. When I say she did her job, I mean just that. Her professionalism in her position was nice to see. If I ever had any problems, I would try to tell the young lady I just spoke of first. Simplification executed perfectly... The owners and other office workers could sharpen up their customer service relations by your skills in dealing with the public.... I really hate I can't remember this lady's name. My. brain!!!!!

A lot of shady people in and around the property at all hours of the night. The staff seemed to be good people and were accommodating. When we were told we could use our 100 dollar deposit to pay for the last night of stay they informed me that we were paying late and were charged 75 dollars for a sixty dollar room and charged a 25 dollar late fee so basically the 100 dollar deposit was charged for our last night. Definitely wasn't happy about that and wouldn't recommend staying here. One night we were awoke at 4 am with some jenky base head banging on our room door and claiming he had the wrong room. Luckily I didn't shoot First and ask questions later. Definitely wasn't very satisfied

They are still hard at work making there lill 'hotel that could' nice and cozy.they offer weekly rates as well as single nights at a competitive price. They preform monthly inspections on all there extended stay rooms almost hospital quality sanation no covid here thumbs up to there manager she's a well qualified leader and an asset to this company. The staff that works there are hands down the best in the business Bravo coastal inn your a diamond in the rough⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👑
