Coach House Inn

Horrible customer service. Parking lot does NOT get plowed efficiently, very minimal care for guests, wish this would get plowed more frequently after harsh blizzards. Car got stuck twice in two days, resorted to having to shovel my own way out onto the main road.

The staff are incredibly nice, and rooms are relatively cheap, especially if you want to stay for a few weeks. Just keep in mind the kind of establishment it is - other guests come from a number of places, and are staying long term for one reason or another. Also, walls are very thin.

I stayed here by chance - car trouble in Petosky - and found it both clean and comfortable. The room and bath were spotless, the owner was helpful, the beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. No smoking or pets are allowed in any of the rooms, so no lingering unpleasant odors. It's nice to see a comfortable older motel in tip top shape holding its own in this old resort community. Price is consistent with summer resort area pricing.

Americas Best Value Inn I have been staying hear for years. Staff are realy friendly, Rooms are clean. House keeping is very good. If you belong to the Value Inn Organization you get a 15% discount. They are the best price in Petoskey. A good free breakfast. I have no complaints for this hotel. Joe Babiak

This place is filthy. When my husband and i first arrived after our long drive with our infant a man standing outside said noone that lives here will like that baby crying so you better shut him up! The next day I find out he is the maintenance man then another man who had to bring us the tv and fridge they promised us and he then warned us that there was three sex offenders on our side of the motel and that the rest that was occupied were felons and homeless people. As if the stains all over the beds and pubic hairs all over the bathroom floor didnt disgust us enough, there was even pee all over the toilet seat when I got in there! When I asked the owner to have it cleaned he sent over the "housekeeper" who told me she already cleaned the room and to quit complaining.
