Club Wyndham Tamarack

The room was very nice, all of the units within the last year. There were a few things that they certainly lacked on though. Communication and the ability to follow through from the front desk service employees was very poor. We got false information and very poor action from the service desk when we requested simple things like coffee. We requested service at 5:00 or 6:00 at night one evening and never saw anyone, they didn't follow through with what they said that they would do and decided to message us at 6:00 in the morning to inquire we still needed the service we had requested.

We had a positive experience here. While the accommodations aren’t the fanciest, necessarily, we were right by the pond and thoroughly enjoyed having that beautiful nature area right behind us. Our family enjoyed being able to play pickle ball at the clubhouse and exercise.

I am a WorldMark owner and this Club Wyndham location is basically what I would call a dump -- or at least our room was. The pull out couch bed dipped down instead of being straight. There appeared to be water damage in the bathroom around the toilet. It was just run down and not what I would expect as a vacation-share owner.
