on the dresser under the tv. We immediately called the hotel and they told us that they couldn't do anything because someone had already checked in and they "weren't departing anytime soon". I requested an immediate call back because I knew my sunglasses were still in there and that I desperately needed them as they are prescription. I then didn't hear from them for a whole two days so I decided to call back myself and I was then told that they're nowhere in the room. I said I knew for a fact they were there and this was unacceptable as that means either a staff member or the last guest had stolen them and since they are prescription designer glasses I expect some sort of compensation since my friends and I knew I had left them there. I was then met with a response saying I should've put t
Staying at Club Wyndham Midtown 45 has been an excellent decision for our family of four. The rooftop views are truly breathtaking where we enjoy quiet mornings with a cup of coffee overlooking the Manhattan or a glass of wine at night to see the city lights. The 2-bedroom Presidential Suite is incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. With a full kitchen and plenty of living space, it felt like a home away from home in the heart of NYC. As far as location, it is ideal if you want to explore the iconic landmarks like Grand Central, the Chrysler Building, and Times Square. You can walk to many sites or ride the Subway or catch a rideshare easily. If you want a mix of space, comfort, and unbeatable city views, this is the place to stay in New York.
What a fantastic place, in a tremendous area. Very close to several transit choices, great restaurants all around, and markets/ pharmacies.|| As for the hotel it’s really incredible. The whole staff is so helpful and friendly. Especially the bell men. Man they work there ass off. The rooms are very clean, with everything you need, we have not done a sales presentation at this location but have at other locations. Yea it’s high pressure but they give you good stuff for your time, plus it’s there job. || Maybe if they did the presentation in your suite and give you all the cool stuff we might do it one day
The hotel is very well located, close to Grand Central, which makes it extremely convenient for getting around Manhattan. The neighborhood is relatively quiet for New York, which is a plus. The kitchenette is very practical, especially for longer stays. That said, the hotel is aging and clearly in need of renovations. The facilities are outdated and the overall look is not very appealing — this is not a luxury hotel, more of a basic, functional stay. There is no automatic daily housekeeping; you have to request it, which is a downside. Depending on the room, noise can be an issue. We could hear children crying, which was sometimes disturbing. On the positive side, when we had an issue, the front desk staff came up to the room, which was appreciated and shows some responsiveness. The ro
The rooms were cosy and modern. However, there were some problems with small details like a broke curtain rod, an unclosable shower door, and leaky toilet flush button. Nothing serious but a bit annoying. They said they had renovated the rooms already. Obviously they need to do a better job. However, the location and the views from the rooms were impressive, especially from the top floors. The amenity was great. If there is nobody bugging us about buying time share, then this would be a great place.
