If you rent one of these places off AirBNB, you're likely not actually renting from the person on the listing. Its just someone being used to get you in here that makes a commission. Once you get here, be ready to be pressured with all types of "incentives" to sit through a presentation on buying a timeshare you likely don't want. They tell you they'll give you free tickets to Colonial Williamsburg, but that you pay them a fee, "but you'll get it back if you attend the presentation"... Then try adding free vacations, hotel coupons, dining coupons etc. and claim they have, "no catches". Everything has a catch, 45 minutes later they finally left us alone and gave us our room key cards. Will NEVER rent a place like this off AirBNB again. This is a fantastic place to take your family or to have a family reunion. In the summer, the grandchildren enjoyed putt-putt, outdoor checkers and other lawn games, tennis, and the playground. However, the biggest attraction for both summer and winter are the indoor and outdoor pools, plus an adult only pool, and two rooms of free arcade games. There is an outdoor hot tub which is open all year but we didn't tell the children because there are no life guards so we didn't want to go out to supervise them. In addition, there is a small theater and other planned activities like hot chocolate time. We booked our Christmas gathering with Club Wyndham after getting burned by Hilton! We weren't really sure what our unit would actually look like other than the posted photos. The furnishings and the amenities surpassed our expectations. The kitchen is very well equipped with high-quality cookware and cooking utensils along with small appliances. Dry measuring cups would be a great addition...hint, hint. Club Wyndham needs to get on their cleaning contractor to ensure their staff do a more thorough job cleaning the units. Our family enjoyed the pools, the arcade and the spa pool. We were very happy with our stay at this property.

Stayed here with my family while visiting the area. Loved its proximity to the sites and shopping around Williamsburg. I appreciated the full kitchen and it being stocked with kitchenware. Also, I was thankful for the washer and dryer and that they provide detergent for 2 loads. (I had my baby and toddler with me.) While the rooms may seem a bit dated, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms have been updated and the water is hot, and everything is clean. Though they said they had cribs. They have pack n' plays, not cribs. So bring your newborn insert, if you have a young baby, and bring a crib sheet. My 10 yo son enjoyed the game room and wanted to spend more time there.
