Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek

Great stay at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek. The ongoing construction/maintenance impact was minimal. The grounds are well maintained, but the rooms are showing their age and could use a refresh. A special shout out to Shirley at the check-in desk for her knowledge and positive attitude. All of the staff that I interacted with were great and I wish I could remember more names. A great value and excellent location.

I’ve been coming here almost 20 years. Have been here 5+ times and unfortunately the place has really gone down hill. It probably has to do with the new ownership. Prices at all the onsite locations are ridiculous, the room was disgusting, and they no longer offer shuttle services to disney. The restaurant we went to onsite was called “Back Bay Bar and Grill” and we sat and waited 20+ mins when it was slow to be waited on. The server we had was super funny and personable but the prices and food were subpar. The pools and activities around the resort were great (no complaints there). Our room was the most disappointing. We had a 3 bedroom suite and immediately had to call the front desk because water was ALL OVER the kitchen floor. The dishwasher needed a new part and we almost slipped w

I've been to Orlando a few times.||The first time, we stayed at a MARRIOTT off property. It was lovely.||The last time, we stayed on property. It was pretty great.||This was our first stay at a Wyndham Resort -and I gad my doubts, but I am entirely won over!||We stayed in Tower 6.||The 2 bedroom / 2 bath "apartment" / suite was fantastic.||The kitchen was small but full sized, the dining area was spacious, the living space was pleasant, and our balcony was lovely. Peeks of fireworks at night!||There was a master suite with a King size bed, soaking tub, full bathroon, very nice.||The other bedroom had two full size beds , a flat screen, and its own bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom door.||Also? Positive: Room size and pools Negative: Hotel staff were very rude and accusatory toward my sons upon check in. They took several hours to check all members of my party in even though they had reservations. There was to hospitality shown until my sons complained.

My family has stayed here 2 years in a row and has had a great experience both times! Rooms are nice and the amenities are great. However, as family friendly as bonnet creek is, they really need to invest in handicap door entrances. It’s very difficult to get in and out of all the buildings with a stroller, and I’ve seen several people in a wheelchair/scooter/walker who could not get in or out of buildings unassisted. This needs to be remedied as it’s a pretty basic thing all hotels should accommodate. Additionally, charging a 1.5 year old to eat at the breakfast buffet is very chintzy and needs to be reconsidered. It’s definitely not worth $30/adult AND $8 for the 3 bites the baby eats. We won’t be eating there again.
