Club Sevilla

The resort was great, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the kids couldn’t get enough time in them after exploring. If you stay on grounds it’s nice but the area around the resort is somewhat run down which can’t be controlled by them. Despite the locations appearance, it’s close to Disney and convenient ||

I loved this place! It looked like Spanish villas. It was very quiet. Rooms were very clean and pillows were fluffy. You do only get 3 instead of 4 pillows for a double bed which is odd. There was not an elevator in the building I stayed in so keep that in mind. The area is also nice and safe. Make sure to call before 8pm to pay the deposit if you plan to arrive after that. The staff were very friendly. Check out is 10am. The shower doesn't get extremely hot if you like hot showers. Sheets were very soft. The beds were a little soft for my liking but still comfortable. About 16-22 minutes from Disney Parks. I'd 100% stay here again. I am adding it to my rotation of places to stay when in orlando.

Somewhat outdated but condo and grounds were clean and well maintained. No elevators so if you need a ground floor make sure and call them before you make your reservation to make sure they have one available. There is a 4 inch step into the front door of their ground floor units which may be difficult for people in wheelchairs or scooters. As you can tell from the picture the pool is heated. If I could do 3.5 stars, I definitely would. I appreciate small businesses so I give them a lot of slack, but this business made it a bit difficult to overlook service issues. Hopefully they learn from this and don’t take it as just criticism. The room looked okay, location was farther away from the parks but you get what you pay for. But when we came to the room, the bedding on one of the beds was completely filthy. The fact that it took 3 days for that to get resolved, and when it finally did, housekeeping and front desk was mad at us for asking to get them changed out seems absurd. I won’t apologize for wanting clean sheets and blankets in a room we just checked into. Once they changed that out and spruced up the room, we felt a world of difference. Solid place to stay. Very quiet and off the beaten path with a wealth of amenities. The staff were kind. However, check in takes too long and I wasn’t informed of the $150 deposit. I was told it may take up to 30 days to return. The rooms are a bit dated but they’re nice. My light didn’t work but there were several lamps. There’s a dollar tree and family dollar across the street but not much else within walking distance. Good if you have a car or maybe with friends as the amenities are robust.
