Club Quarters Hotel Times Square, New York

Fantastic stay! Incredible hospitality on 45th St. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The entire staff was professional, but I’d like to give a special shout-out to Joanne at the front desk—her kindness and helpfulness made my stay truly exceptional. They were more than happy to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. They also handled my online shopping deliveries smoothly, and they even let me use a microwave, which was incredibly helpful. I also really appreciated the complimentary coffee and bottled water—a small but thoughtful touch that goes a long way in Manhattan. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to NYC!

This hotel is very cutesy, the classy interior of the lobby and elevator added charm, and the updated interior of the rooms really sold me for considering this hotel for future stays. We booked this hotel last minute after wandering around NYC all day, the check in process was very quick and seamless, and the lady at the front desk was very welcoming. The room itself was very clean, it was a little small but it was perfect for the rest we needed after walking all day. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be returning :)

Great location. The room is compact with most things I need. There’s also ample seating area at the lobby with free water/coffee/tea which is greatly appreciated.

I stayed at Club Quarters in Times Square (Midtown) and it was absolutely perfect. The location is unbeatable and ideal for getting around the city. The staff were supremely professional and genuinely helpful. The General Manager personally greeted us with warmth and true A+ hospitality, which made the stay feel extra special.||The accommodations were clean and comfortable, offering excellent value for the location and level of service. I travel to NYC for meetings several times a year and Club Quarters Times Square will be my go-to hotel moving forward. I would also highly recommend it for non-business stays. Truly a fantastic stay!.

We stayed at Club Quarters from 17th-26th December 2025. ||Check in was seamless, there is a comfortable lobby which is perfect to relax after a busy day in NYC. There is a refresh station with hot tea, coffee, fresh water etc. We often used the takeout cups for a morning coffee whilst wandering around the city. |Past the Lobby there are plenty of seated takes to eat evening meals if you grab a takeaway. We often sat there, it was always empty and no issues getting a seat. ||We never had any issues with the lifts being too busy like previous reviews. They have toilets on the ground floor too. ||Our room was a “Superior room”, this had everything we needed for a long stay in the city.
