Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York

2 Rooms, 4 people. It was almost a perfect experience, which I don't say lightly as a person who has travelled a lot and been in a lot of hotels. As a first timer to NY I knew the rooms would be small (no worries), but i was impressed with how it didn't feel so small. They use rhe space well, and have a great lounge. The room was very clean and comfortable. From the lobby to the rooftop everything was clean and welcoming. The staff provided great dining recommendations, and were incredibly friendly, including the facilities employees we shared an elevator with. Hotels are hit and miss, but this location was definitely a big hit for us.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the EXCELLENT treatment I recently received as a Guest at the Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central, New York, during this past MLK Holiday Weekend (January 16th through 19th). Even the check-in experience was pleasurable, as we checked-in later than expected this past Friday, January 16th. The attendant at the front desk was very nice and courteous and could tell we were tired and just wanted to relax, so he had us on our way to our room in no time. Our room was very, very nice and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. We also loved the beautiful amenities this Club Quarters Hotel had to offer. Overall services excellent! Quick check in and check out. Missed the opportunity for breakfast in the Hotel. The free coffee and purified drinking water surprised me. Good choice. The room was good and comfortable. The bed size and mattress should be improved. Bed for two, too small. Next time I will ask for a king bed.The room price is very reasonable. The hotel location was perfect. Walking distance to the most visited New York attractions.Hotel concierges were all super nice and friendly.

From start to finish, my stay at this hotel with my boyfriend was absolutely perfect. For starters, the location is perfect. It being right next to Grand Central is insanely convenient for travel all over NYC, and literally everything you could possibly need is steps away from the hotel, including a dispensary literally about 50 feet up the street. The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Delilah was working the front desk when I checked in and out, and she was an absolute delight. She let us check in 3 hours early, no questions asked and free of charge, and explained all of the hotel’s amenities and where to find them very well during check-in. My family and I spent a long weekend at Club Quarters Hotel Grand Central in New York from January 16 to January 19, 2026, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Every staff member was pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to assist and offer great recommendations for local dining.||Terence L truly went above and beyond and elevated our experience to an entirely new level. He rolled out the red carpet by ensuring our rooms were ready and fully equipped with more amenities than we could have asked for. He personally showed us where the ice machines, laundry faculties, exercise room and refillable water coolers were located, as well as the top-floor meeting space, which was perfect for our family celebration and card games.
