Room was fine however- I will say the bathroom was pretty dirty. There was pubic hair in the tub and the toilet was dirty. I took a bath and could see all of the scum on the floor behind the toilet and on the bottom- as though it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Wish there was some kind of phone charger/port. Really the cheapest place you can get; if that’s what your looking for for a night, it’s fine: they could clean better then, and maybe make it 50 bucks a night

THIS HOTEL GAVE ME BED BUGS! I wouldn’t have given a terrible review to this place if it weren’t for the fact that it gave me bed bugs after staying there in a business trip, massive expenses in time and money after finding out that is what I got there, and then a bad experience talking on the phone with the manager who was kind of rude and wouldn’t offer any refund or help. Guest services did not allow the refund either. I think this is absolutely unacceptable. It was surprising as the staff was friendly, check in was easy, and the rooms seemed decently clean and safe for the kind of cheap hotel it was. I didn’t realize that the weird looking wood chip type things I was on top of the bed was a bad sign night one. The first night I saw a bug on the bed that looked like a tick. I killed

We’ve never had a problem at this Red Roof Inn until today. We understand that you are fully booked because of the air show and parade and we would have to wait to after checkout to get a room but we’ve been here since 7am. The gentleman who reserved us our room was pleasent as well as another worker. They told us to come back between 11am/.1pm am just to see if there was a1st floor room ready, My husband went in a little bit ago to check because I can no longer sit in my car due to me having back surgery 3 weeks ago. At this point my husband said we will take any room on any floor so that i can rest properly, New front desk guy told him to come back at 2pm. This is ridiculous not to mention PAINFUL’

Good room for a good price. I’ve definitely stayed in nicer hotels with better amenities and cleanliness but you get what you pay for and it was a great deal. I would say though I’d wish I asked for the other side as the side facing the freeway was quite loud. Also it took a while to heat up the room so be sure to adjust the thermostat right away

Absolute garbage! The staff is highly unprofessional too. Discriminate against disabled people as well. As a combat military veteran of over 17 years of military service to my county and having a certified service dog, staff informed me that I violated the so called, "pet policy." because my service dog was not on a leash while using the bathroom outside. Also, the staff tried to prevent me to have access to personal letter as one of the staff was trying to intentionally and purposely hold my mail until I had to personally removed the mail from his hands! This hotel is poorly maintained too~. Upon verifying the pet policy, no policy is in place that indicates that a dog needs to be leashed. Total ignorance~.
