Classic Inn & Suites

I didn't see the reviews about Classic Inn & Suites 😭 HORRIBLE !!! Neesha at the front desk said she lives there. The room reeked of cleaning fluid , no glass ware, ice bucket, ice, refrigerator was not clean. I requested a quiet room as I'm a light sleeper... the room next to me was talking so LOUD at 6 am in the morning. Neesha's family lives in that room !!! When I went to check out, the man was RUDE to me and was angry I disturbed his breakfast. He didn't even say a greeting to me. Just took the card and closed the door !!! Questionable area,I didn't feel SAFE 😕 DON'T STAY !!!!

Positive: The air conditioner worked great Negative: The pillows had hair on them before we used it. The water valve kept falling off & just a little spray of water came down

We arrived at midnight. The temperature outside was 101 F. The temperature in the 1st room we were shown was well above that. We had made reservations and they knew we were coming but did not bother to turn the AC on. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was dirty. The second room was even worse than the 1st. We asked to see another option and were told at first they were sold out. We were going to leave when he showed us the 3rd option. The "suite". The carpet was so dirty I never walked without shoes. The sofa was torn and dirty. It looked like it should be sitting on the street ready for garbage pick up! The kitchenette had shovels and other paraphenilia sitting around. If I could give MINUS stars I would. I had to go to the dmv here which is 2 hours from where I live and I choose it as it was less than 2 mins from the dmv. I rang the bell and was greeted quickly and check in was easy as well as check out. My room was horrible. The bed was like sleeping on the floor n anytime u moved it sounded like metal echoing. The thin decorative cover was stained. It has 1 thin sheet which had a stain from the bed coming up through it. 1 outlet was hanging from the wall. No lamp. Every channel had lines in it so I couldn't watch tv. Bathroom had hair in the sink and hair in the shower among other wrappers n odd stuff on the ground. There were dead flies in the window sill.
