I booked a single night, then a two week stay due to work. The staff was friendly. The rooms had no attention to detail concerning cleanliness. Built up grime over time around door knobs, doors and walls. The floors were sticky as if a dirty mop was used. The mattresses probably had not been changed out in a decade as you could visibly see deformity due to age and excessive use; they were extremely uncomfortable leaving you with body aches. I asked the front desk if I could get my sheets changed out and room cleaned after being there a week, they said absolutely but only changed out my towels, floor still sticky! They boast about having a hot breakfast, then after you get there you find out it’s only on Saturday and Sunday. If you use a card for your deposit, it takes 6 days to be refunded

Stayed with my family of four for 3 days in Orlando. We don’t care about fancy or high end, when in Orlando we just need a place to sleep and shower after parks all day. This hotel exceeded our expectations after seeing many bad reviews. The price was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was perfect for my kids, cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins. Staff was helpful and friendly. We didn’t use pool or anything else besides our room and breakfast, but this will be our hotel moving forward when we visit the Orlando area

I booked you as a hotel with free breakfast. We where 7 people! This is a motel. With very small capacity for siting people to eat breakfast. AT 8AM the food had finished, (items where not available) long wait to make a waffle, waffle ingredients where also needed to be replanish, service was very slow.i wanted to make a waffle for 7 people and felt I was holding the line since I had make only 3 waffles in 25' cooking time and 20' in waiting in line for my turn. mufins where gone finished, eggs and sosuges where empty and replanished after 15' .this was not a buffet for 50-60 people it was a war for food, With plastic plates like a birthday party.. with lots of hungry left people. And after all it closed exactly at 9am. It was a war zone. Very bud experience, we had to eat at Dunkin' don

My experience at this hotel was terrible. I stayed at this hotel over weekend because my son had a soccer tournament at Disney, and I chose it because it is about 12 minutes from the parks. Unfortunately, my experience was awful. Cleanliness was extremely poor in all common areas and inside the room. The room phone was useless and did not work at all. The refrigerator made a horrible loud noise, and the TV was very old with poor image quality Breakfast was also terrible - they only offer waffles and toast, nothing else. On top of that, the lady in the kitchen had a very bad attitude, and the front desk staff was not friendly either. Overall, this hotel is absolutely not worth your money. It is better to spend a little more or stay a bit farther away than to stay here. I will never stay at

should have read these reviews beforehand, but we ended up at this hotel at the last minute, late at night, because we didn't want to keep looking and it was only for one night. What a horrible experience! The rooms were very unpleasant, with a musty smell that made it almost impossible to sleep. The "breakfast buffet" consisted of two pieces of bread and some jam, and when we asked where the eggs and bacon were that they advertised on their website, they told us, "It's only on Saturdays and Sundays." Hahahaha, how stupid. To top it all off, I forgot my headphones in the room, and when I called a few hours after checking out, they told me they weren't there. Please don't make the same mistake I did and read these reviews. If I can help at least one person avoid this hotel, I'll be happy.
