Clarion Hotel & Suites BWI Airport North

For the price and free breakfast you get what you pay for. I stayed here during a snow storm which was a mistake. Ended up being stuck here until I was able to borrow the shared hotel shovel 2 days after it snowed. They didn't prepare the parking lot at all. Apparently a plow truck came and that's all they could do (see picture). Fending for myself at a hotel was not ideal and should have been handled way different. The hotel overall needs several upgrades. Compared to others in the same price range nearby they are all the same. Breakfast is hot and just ok. Eggs, awful, sausage makes my stomach hurt, I think the waffle and an apple is the only safe thing. They have a juice machine with orange and apple juice which was a plus for me.

We were highly disappointed with our stay. While the people were nice, The price I paid for this room and the quality was not satisfactory. The toilet was barely bolted the wall and was crooked. The faucet in the bathroom was not fully attached to the wall; and every time someone sat down it moved. the sink faucet was not attached fully. The door in the bathroom was dirty and falling apart at the bottom from apparent water damage. The room had a smell, that we later determined was coming from other guests smoking. The floor in the hallway was coming apart, and my coworker almost tripped over it and fell. The safety of your parking lot was a huge concern, Lights were not on, and we arrived in the dark and left in the dark. Very unsafe.

I have been staying at this hotel since the beginning of October and we absolutely love it here. I am on the 6th floor and never want to leave. The staff is absolutely amazing and have made me feel at home. A lot of the guests here do live here and I have made friends that I will now have for a lifetime. We actually feel like one big family. I have read other reviews and am honestly shocked because I have NEVER seen a single bug except for a cricket once that I'm not sure how he got up this high lol. Definitely recommend

My room key kept deactivating, even though my phone was never even near it. Try to take a shower water was iced cold. Wouldn’t even say anything. Nice about this place. After seeing the reviews. Worse hotel I ever been in. And all the good reviews are AI generated

Worst stay at a hotel i ever experienced. It was my birthday weekend and a friend booked at this hotel. We had to move to four different rooms due to it being no hot water. One room the water went functioning at all. The tv service also would not work and i heard from other guest that the breakfast was terrible. the workers don’t seem to care nor did they inform us that the water went getting hot. The rooms weren’t the cleanest either. The bed skirts were filthy. The list goes on and. We have filed several complaints and are now waiting to hear back
