My wife and I stayed on August 30, 2025. The site that my wife booked through gave a rating of "Good." I have to disagree! The motel was really dreary. The room was clean, and the bed was nice (including the headboard). The rest of the room was extremely dated. The jacuzzi tub had someone's hair, and some kind of plastic that floated up once the jets were activated. The breakfast that was included was disappointing. It was a cold bagle, a warm samosa, a drink, and a cold hard boiled egg. The whole stay wasn't enjoyable. If you need to sleep somewhere, and don't care about anything but a bed to sleep on, then by all means, stay here. However there are many other places around the same price range that are so much better.

The room was really nice and clean, super modern and stylish in the room. It was also quite cozy and it was nice to have control of the temperature. The price was really cheap and the service was great. Particularly the owner, he was always very warm and friendly and always had a smile on his face! The location was also great for the price. Much cheaper than the hotels by the Falls and Clifton Hill and only about 10-15 of walking away to get to everything.

Would not recomend at all.|Terrible breakfast. You have a chewy bagel and a cold hard boiled egg. It's disgusting. |Pool is closed because they cannot maintain it correctly. They mention the water was dangerous for the kids. |There is mold in the bathroom.|Parking is not free. And it is the same price as the parking that is next to the main street in Niagara.|Hate it. Too expensive for what it is.

The location is ok with lots of parking available at a fee.|The room is old and so many flies making it very uncomfortable. No good air flow in the room and ac too loud. The floor was dirty and hair on pillow. Bathroom is old with rusted small bathtub area. Towels too old. Wifi not available in the block I got and tv not working. Breakfast area is crowded with no much variety. |Compared to many hotels I have been to, it’s not worth the price. I would not recommend!

We stayed at this hotel in Niagara for one night and booked their large 6-person room. Overall, the price is reasonable, and the hotel is rated as a two-star. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel had a nice vibe. However, there were some downsides. It wasn’t very clean or well-maintained. While the sheets were clean, the bathroom and other areas could have been much cleaner. That said, it was decent for a one-night stay. When booking, we were told breakfast was included, but it turns out they only offer breakfast on weekends. 🥲🥲 Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable place with parking for a short stay, this might be an option to consider.🥴
