CJ's Country Cabins & RV Park

Over memorial day weekend, 7 family members including myself, rented 3 seperate cabins to stay in for 2 nights. I have a 3 year old and there were other children in the group also, and i was afraid he would get too bored. Boy was I wrong. With the pond really close and the catfish biting, he had a fabulous time. Then the owner, a wonderfully kind woman, had her son, just as friendly as his mother, set up an slip-n-slide for the kids to play. It was a inflatable slip n slide like we had never seen and my son and cousins LOVED! He even showed them how to do it. The cabins were CLEAN, and cozy. Really nice they had most of the amenities of home for cooking and bathing and relaxing.Also seeing as it was SOOO HOT when we were there, those AC's worked like a charm! Very Cute. Tried to kick me out the day after they collected a month's worth of rent for no valid reason. Owner ran over my dog and had zero remorse. Tried to evict me with paperwork that wasn't even legal. Buyer beware. They came off as super nice in the beginning, offered to help me fix up my trailer and everything. In the end they had the whole park turned against me for no good reason. I had to get my attorney involved to get them to back off and allow me time to find a new place, since they wanted me gone so bad.

This place is awesome. Clean and very helpful. We didn't have a grill, but when I asked she bought one over. Mrs. Bonnie is a very sweet lady. The neighbors next to use were respectful of the peace and quiet and kept it like that. It was like at home. There is a bird feeder on the tree to watch them feed. Off to the left is a beautiful pond. Only one RV was here when we were here, the rest of the cabins were full.

We made our reservation and confirmed it. Then, on the day of arrival, we called and were told that our reserved spot was not available. The owner promised to pay our first night’s rental at a nearby RV park that we went to. After several months, that has not occurred, despite numerous phone calls we have made to this place, and at this point we are being completely ignored with no communication. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

These cabins are very close together, which is not that big of a deal if you are just planning to sleep there, however, the cabins are also rented by the month as permanent living quarters. My stay involved checking in at the "office" where you could literally only step just inside the door as junk was piled high on every surface and from front to back. Then, upon entry into the cabin, the kitchen and bathroom were so dirty with coffee stains, dried toothpaste chunks, hair, and other dirt, that I had to go to the store and get cleaning supplies and scub it down before staying there any longer. There were no cleaning supplies in the cabin. The first night's show involved an 18 year old woman who stays in one of the cabins permanently that likes to get drunk and disorderly on a regular basis
